Founded by Pauline Barbieri
Hand Made From the Flowers of Your Loved Ones
Since 1980
Our mother Pauline Barbieri, also known as the “rosary lady”, founded this company 45 years ago at her kitchen table. When our mother was ready to retire we promised to carry on her company and mission. We continue to be the only Barbieri family crafting handmade keepsakes with her blessing. We are now in our fourth generation and take great pride in our history and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions.

FAQ

Why choose our company?
We want you to feel confident in placing an order with us. Although we still make all our products by hand, in the same fashion as it was once done at our parents kitchen table, we have a full store front. We are very proud to offer our customers a place to come and place their order in the comfort of our store. You are always welcome to place an order with us through the mail, but we do encourage you to visit our business and see all of our products on display. When you order with us you get a homemade product with the security of a fully licensed business behind it and our 100% guarantee. If your items needs to be repaired we will do so free of charge, and if it cannot be repaired, we will replace it. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call or email.
How many flowers does it take to make a rosary?
It only takes one flower to make a full rosary. We have listed the flower requirements for each product on our products page.
What condition can my flowers be in?
We can use fresh, wilted, or dried flowers. The only time we cannot use a flower is when it’s moldy but please contact us, as we may be able to salvage some of it.
How should I store my flowers until I can get them to you?
Please keep your flowers as dry as possible. Place them on a paper towel and let them air dry. DO NOT put them in the freezer, refrigerator or place in any kind of plastic.
What type of flowers can be used?
We can use any type of flower, including the leaves of the flower. The color of the flower dictates the color of your keepsake.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The turn-around time fluctuates, based on the amount of orders we have in our backlog at the time you place your order. However we work very diligently to keep within a reasonable timeframe but periods of high volume can cause slight delays.

Please feel free to ask for an estimated delivery time when you place your order.

Can we receive our order any sooner than your standard delivery time?
We can process orders within 4 to 6 weeks with a 30% rush fee.
Do you offer discounts on multiple orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer quantity discounts. Each flower and product is crafted by hand and it is this time and labor that drives our cost.
Is there any type of warranty on your products?
We guarantee all of our work. We have been making rosaries for over 40 years and are now in our third generation of family members managing and working the business. It is our intent to continue to pass this special gift down to our children with the same quality and customer service that we have provided. If you have any questions or concerns about the product you receive, we hope that you would call us immediately.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, checks and cash (please do not mail cash).
Are my flowers safe with your company?
Your flowers are treated with the utmost care and respect. We pride ourselves on our customer service and know, first-hand, how important each and every flower is. If you are mailing your flowers to us, we will send you an email confirmation upon receipt along with an estimated delivery time. After your order is completed we hold onto any remaining flowers for 5 years should you wish to reorder. We also encourage you to contact us by phone or email if you have any questions, or want to check the status of your order.
